Payment methods
TAll payments must be made within 5 days of purchase. After this time, we can no longer guarantee the availability of the item for immediate delivery. Purchased products will only be shipped upon receipt of payment. Copies of payment receipts are not accepted in order to expedite order processing. We will send you an email with shipping details, including the tracking number, once the order has shipped. Please also remember that an invoice must be requested at the time of purchase, providing your company name and VAT number.
Cash on delivery
ITALY ONLY - Pay the courier the amount due by cash on delivery. With this payment method, the order will be paid directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
IMPORTANT: If this is your first order, you will need to confirm the order before shipping the package. You will be contacted via WhatsApp or phone, so please ensure you provide a correct contact information

Postepay top-up
ITALY ONLY - If you don't have a credit card or don't want to use one for your online payments, you can choose this fast and secure method. You can top up your account at a SISAL branch or with an online transfer using the Postepay app if you have a Postepay card.
As soon as your order is complete, you'll receive an automatic email with your top-up details. If you don't find it, check your spam folder.
IMPORTANT: If you have a Postepay card and want to use it to pay directly with your card, you should not choose this option but the "Pay with your credit card" option.
Bank transfer
You can choose to make a bank transfer. Once you place your order, you'll receive an automatic email with our bank details. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. We recommend making an immediate transfer so we can ship your order promptly.

Paypal link
Are you used to paying with PayPal but haven't found this option among our payment methods? No problem, we can send you a link to your email to pay with PayPal. Here's how:
Place your order on the website and choose "Pay with PayPal link" as your payment method. Once you've completed your order, you'll need to wait for the link to complete the payment. Where will you receive the payment link? If you entered a valid mobile number and use WhatsApp, we'll send it to you via that method; otherwise, you'll receive it via email. Double-check that the email address you entered during registration, as well as the mobile number, are correct.
IMPORTANT: The link will not be sent to you automatically; we will generate it as soon as we see your order, so it may take some time, depending on the time you placed your order.
